Purposes and legal basis for data processing:
based on Article. 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract
based on Article. 6(1)(f) GDPR - in order to pursue the legitimate interests of Streetcom or a third party, such as handling internal processes related to running a business, handling civil, enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings, marketing of own products and services
based on Article. 6(1)(c) GDPR - in order to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions. To the extent that marketing takes place via e-mail or telecommunications terminal devices, the legal basis is voluntary consent.
Data recipients: Entities processing data on behalf of the administrator and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law. Rights of the data subject: The right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of data processing; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; other rights referred to in the "Information Clause".
